Castle Creek Farms was nestled in the hamlet of Mendon, New York on 30 sprawling scenic acres and is a short distance to Mendon Ponds Park.

A wonderful balance of buildings, lawns, picnic areas, riding arenas and paddocks, outdoor and indoor wash stalls and acres of open fields. The facility consist of 2 barns, a large indoor and outdoor riding arena, two indoor lounges and one outdoor covered lounge, and seating area. 

In April of 2022, with no solicitation by us or knowledge by us, Expertise.com a national proprietary research and selection process organization which identifies the top service professionals in over 200 different industries across the top cities in the United States scored horse boarding in Rochester. They score Horse Boarding Facilities on more than 25 variables across five categories, and analyzed the results to give a hand-picked list of the best.

Castle Creek Farms was given an unsolicited A+ rating which rated us as one of the best in Rochester.

Castle Creek offered the area’s premier riding lessons; groups and private, Training, boarding, camp, pony parties, horse sales and horse leasing!

Castle Creek was the training facility for the University of Rochester Riding Team and Club.

In addition to riding instruction, the program includes the responsibility and care of the horse and equipment. 

The instruction levels include beginner to experienced horsemen.
